Do I have to capture it myself?+
No. Our packages (€499–849 per property) are done-for-you — we come by and handle everything. On the subscriptions you capture yourself — with your smartphone (Starter) or the Insta360 kit (Pro). After the training a property takes around 15 minutes.
Does the camera become mine at some point?+
Yes. The Insta360 kit is included in the Pro package and becomes your property after 12 months of the subscription. In case of defect or theft we swap it out during the term.
How fast is my property online?+
48 hours after your capture arrives, the 3D model, property page and portal package are finished. Pro partners are prioritised; for time-critical listings there's express on request.
Does it work on ImmoScout24 & co.?+
Yes. You get a walkthrough link and video, ready-prepared for ImmoScout24, Immowelt and Kleinanzeigen — OpenImmo-compatible. The link goes in the "Virtual tour" field, the video as the property video. The walkthrough stays fully walkable on your own property page, which the portals link to.
What if I have more properties at some point?+
No problem: each additional property beyond your quota costs +€49. Above a steady three properties a month, an individual team quote pays off — just talk to us.
Is it GDPR-compliant?+
Yes. Hosting is in the EU, not in a US cloud. The walkthrough only shows what you release — we remove personal items from the model on request.
Do my prospects need an app?+
No. Everything runs in the browser — phone, tablet, desktop. A link or QR code is enough, no download, no plugin.
